When I first got into crystals and how to use them, I was amazed by all the information out there. Cleansing, charging, programming – it felt like a whole new world to explore! But with so many different opinions and methods, it took me a while to find what really worked for me. Over the years, I’ve experimented with various techniques, learned from experts, and discovered what resonates best with my crystals and my practice.
Working with crystals is all about harnessing positive energy and promoting spiritual growth. Whether you’re cleansing with a sage bundle or charging under the moonlight, each practice helps you connect more deeply with your crystals and yourself.
Each crystal is a powerful tool with its own unique properties. Understanding how to cleanse and charge them is key to harnessing the energy of your crystals effectively. It’s like learning to use a swiss army knife – once you know what each crystal can do, you’ll always have the right tool for the job.
In this post, I’m going to share everything I’ve learned about cleansing vs charging crystals. I’ll break down the differences, show you the best methods for each, and even share some insider tips that I’ve picked up along the way. Whether you’re just starting your crystal journey or you’ve been at this for a while, I hope you’ll find something new and useful here.
Understanding Cleansing vs Charging Crystals
Cleansing and charging are two key practices in crystal care, but they’re not the same thing. Think of cleansing as giving your crystals a spiritual bath, while charging is like serving them a power-packed meal. Both are important, but they serve different purposes in keeping your crystals in top shape.
Let’s dive deeper into what each of these practices means and why they matter for your crystal collection.
What is Crystal Cleansing?
Crystal cleansing is all about resetting your stones to their natural state. When we use crystals, they absorb energy – both the good vibes and the not-so-good ones. Cleansing wipes away all that absorbed energy, leaving your crystal fresh and ready for action.
I remember the first time I really understood the importance of cleansing. I had been carrying a piece of black tourmaline in my pocket for weeks, using it to ward off negative energy at work. One day, I realized the stone felt… different. Heavier, not as effective… somehow. When I cleansed it, it was like the crystal took a deep breath and came back to life. That’s when I knew – regular cleansing isn’t just crystal woo-woo, it’s essential care.
Think of crystal cleansing as a way to reset your crystals’ energy, clearing out any gross vibes they might have picked up. There’s no one-size-fits-all cleansing method – different crystals respond best to different approaches. The good news is, there are lots of ways to cleanse your crystals, and we’ll explore them all.
What is Crystal Charging?
While cleansing removes energy, charging is all about filling your crystal up with fresh, vibrant energy. It’s like giving your crystal a big boost of caffeine (if crystals drank coffee, that is).
Charging is the process of helping your crystals reach their full potential. It replenishes their natural properties and amplifies their abilities, making them more potent and effective. This is especially important for healing crystals, which need to be at their energetic best to support your well-being.
When you charge a crystal, you’re aligning it with a specific energy source, whether that’s moonlight, sunlight, or even your own intention. A properly charged crystal is ready to help you with whatever you need, be it protection, healing, or attracting abundance. It’s like giving them a power boost so they can work their magic more effectively in your life.
So, what’s the best way to charge crystals? Well, the most effective way often depends on the type of crystal and your personal preference. Some people swear by moonlight, while others prefer sunlight or even earth energy. We’ll explore all these methods and more, so you can find what works best for you and your crystals.

Ancient Wisdom: The Origins of Cleansing vs Charging Crystals
The use of crystals for healing and energy work isn’t a modern trend – it dates back to ancient times. Crystal healers have been around for thousands of years, from ancient Egypt to China and beyond. Let’s explore some fascinating origins of these practices.
In ancient Egypt, crystals were an integral part of daily life and spiritual practices. The Egyptians used crystals in jewelry, makeup, and even in their famous “magic wands”. They believed that crystals needed to be purified and energized to maintain their power. One method they used was to place crystals in running water – sound familiar?
Moving east, we find that in ancient China, jade was considered the “stone of heaven”. They had elaborate rituals for cleansing jade, often involving smoke from sacred herbs – not unlike our modern smudging practices. The Chinese also believed in charging crystals under the light of the full moon, a practice that’s still popular today.
Native American traditions have long incorporated crystals into their spiritual practices. Many tribes used quartz crystals in healing rituals, believing they could absorb negative energies. After such rituals, they would cleanse these crystals in sacred streams or under the moonlight.
In ancient Greece, crystals were thought to be gifts from the gods. The Greeks had a unique method of charging crystals – they would place them in sacred temples, believing that the divine energy of the gods would infuse the stones with power.
Even in medieval Europe, where many ancient practices were lost, the use of crystals persisted. Hildegard of Bingen, a 12th-century abbess and healer, wrote extensively about the healing properties of crystals and the importance of purifying them.
These ancient practices remind us that the concepts of cleansing vs charging crystals have been around for millennia. While our methods might have evolved, the core idea remains the same – crystals interact with energy, and we can influence that energy through our intentions and actions.
It’s fascinating to think that when we cleanse our crystals in running water or charge them under the full moon or even during lunar eclipses, we’re participating in a tradition that stretches back thousands of years. It’s a beautiful connection to our ancestors and to the enduring human fascination with the magic of the natural world.
The Energy of Crystals
Here’s something fascinating about crystals: they’re always working, whether we charge them or not. They have their own innate energy and properties. Think of it like this: a well-rested person is going to be more effective than someone who’s been working non-stop, right? Same goes for crystals.
Crystals absorb and emit energy constantly, picking up on the energy of their environment, the people who handle them, and the intentions we set for them. That’s why regular cleansing and charging matter – it keeps your crystals operating at their highest potential.
I’ve learned some interesting things about working with crystal energy over the years, including an eye-opening perspective from Ashley Leavy of the Love & Light School of Crystal Healing. I’ll share more about that later in the post, but it’s changed the way I think about setting intentions for crystals.
In the next sections, we’ll dive into the practical aspects of how to cleanse and charge your crystals effectively. Whether you’re new to crystal work or have been at it for years, I think you’ll find some valuable tips and insights.
Methods of Cleansing Crystals
There are so many different ways to cleanse crystals, and what works best might depend on whether you’re dealing with smaller crystals or larger stones. Don’t worry – I’ve got you covered with methods for all sizes and types.
Natural Light – Moonlight/Sunlight: This is a popular way to cleanse and my go-to method for most crystals. I love placing them on my window sill during a full moon (the lunar energy is gentle and balanced). Even on a cloudy day, your crystals can soak up subtle energies. But be careful – some crystals, like amethyst, can fade in direct sunlight. A good rule of thumb is to start with short sessions and see how your crystals respond.
Water Cleansing: Water can be a powerful way for cleansing stones, and there are a few ways I love to use it:
- Natural Water Sources: My favorite when possible. I put water-safe crystals in a mesh bag and submerge them in a gently flowing stream or lake edge. Nature’s energy gives an extra cleansing boost.
- Running Tap Water: When natural sources aren’t available, I use cool running tap water for about a minute. Quick and effective for everyday cleansing.
- Salt Water: Some crystals love a salt water bath. Use ocean water or mix sea salt with water. Just be careful – not all crystals play well with salt!
- Moon Water: Leave a glass of water out under the full moon, then use this charged water to cleanse your crystals. It’s like getting water and moonlight cleansing in one go!
Important Safety Note: Not all crystals can handle water. Some dissolve or crack. Always check if your crystal is water-safe before using this method. When in doubt, stick to dry techniques.
Smudging: I love using sage or palo santo sticks. The smoke whisks away negative energy. My husband and I once made smudge sticks from sage we picked out west. Using these feels extra special – like we’re bringing our travels into our practice.
Sound: One of my favorites! I like to create a sound bath, so-to-speak, with a tiny singing bowl I got in Bali. The pure, resonant tone is magical. You can also use a tuning fork, bells, or even just clap your hands. The vibrations shake loose any stuck energy, especially effective for larger crystals.
NOTE ABOUT USING SINGING BOWL: I once put a new Danburite crystal directly in my singing bowl and did my normal method of tapping the bowl in all 4 directions… when I took the Danburite out, a small piece broke off. I suspect it was already loose, but just be aware that the direct sound vibrations of the singing bowl might not be best for some crystals. Place the crystals next to the bowl rather than inside it instead so the vibration of the sound waves aren’t directly on the crystal. This might not be as relevant for tumbled stones but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Visualization: Sometimes, I just hold my crystal and visualize white light flowing through it. Simple but effective.
Salt: Burying crystals in salt (try rock salt for variety) can be great for a deep cleanse. But again, some crystals don’t like salt, so do your research.
Brown Rice Method: Great for delicate or porous stones. Bury your crystal in dry brown rice for 24 hours, or place it on top for a quick 1-hour cleanse. The rice absorbs negative energy like a sponge. Just toss the rice afterward.
Earth Cleansing: Here’s a method that really connects your crystals back to nature. You can bury your crystals directly in the earth or in a potted plant for a thorough cleanse. I like to wrap my crystals in a natural, breathable cloth (like cotton or muslin) first to keep them clean, but you can put them directly in the dirt (keep reading for some extra safety info on that). If you’re using a potted plant, make sure it’s a healthy one – you want good energy for your crystals!
For smaller crystals, I usually leave them buried for about 24 hours. Larger stones might need a bit longer, maybe up to a week. When you dig them up, you might feel they have a renewed, grounded energy. It’s like they’ve had a chance to reset and reconnect with the earth.
HEADS UP – this method isn’t great for softer/non-water safe crystals or those with a lot of crevices. Rocks and dirt can scratch or get stuck in them. So either wrap them in a cloth or use a different cleansing method. If you expect rain in the forecast, make sure your crystal is water-safe. And if you’re burying them outside, don’t forget to mark the spot! You don’t want to lose your crystals in the great outdoors.
Other Crystals: Some crystals are natural cleansers. Selenite is a superstar – I have a selenite charging plate and bowl that I use all the time. Clear quartz is another great option. You can create a crystal cleansing station with these.
These methods are perfect for crystals sensitive to water or sunlight, and they’re super convenient for everyday use. Plus, there’s something satisfying about crystals helping other crystals!
Methods of Charging Crystals
Now that your crystal is squeaky clean, it’s time to charge it up! Charging is all about connecting your crystal to a natural source of energy, aligning it with these vibrations to restore its full power. Here are some methods I swear by:
- Moonlight/Sunlight: This is a two-for-one deal – it works for cleansing and charging! The light of a full moon is especially potent, but sunlight works too. Just be careful with sun-sensitive crystals.
- Earth Energy: Remember our earth cleansing method? It doubles as a charging technique! This works great for grounding stones. If you’re using a potted plant or burying outside, just remember to mark the spot. For crystals with crevices or delicate structures, skip this method to avoid damage.
- Visualization: This is a personal favorite. Hold your crystal and imagine it filling with bright, vibrant energy. Your intention is powerful!
- Crystal Clusters: Clear quartz clusters are charging powerhouses. I sometimes create a crystal grid, placing the stones I want to charge around a large quartz cluster.
- Reiki: If you’re attuned to Reiki, you can channel this energy to charge your crystals. I don’t personally use Reiki but lots of people find it to be a beautiful way to infuse them with healing vibrations.
In simple terms, each of these methods helps clear out stagnant energy while infusing your crystals with fresh, positive vibes. The key is to find what resonates with you and your crystal buddies. Don’t be afraid to experiment – your intuition is your best guide here!
Using and Caring for Crystal Pendulums
Crystal pendulums are unique tools that can help with both divination and crystal care. Here’s how to use and care for them:
Cleansing and Charging Your Crystal Pendulum:
- Cleanse your pendulum regularly, especially after intense use. You can use any method suitable for the crystal type – smudging, moonlight, or sound cleansing work well for most pendulums.
- Charge your pendulum under the full moon or with intention. Hold it in your dominant hand and visualize it filling with pure, positive energy.
Using Your Pendulum for Crystal Care:
- Cleansing: Hold your pendulum in your dominant hand, suspending it over the crystal you want to cleanse. Set the intention for the pendulum to remove any negative or stagnant energy. A counterclockwise rotation often indicates cleansing is happening.
- Charging: Once cleansed, use the pendulum to charge your crystal. Visualize positive energy flowing through the pendulum into your crystal. A clockwise rotation typically signifies charging.
- Checking Energy Levels: Use your pendulum to check if a crystal needs care. Hold it over the crystal and ask, “Does this crystal need cleansing?” or “Is this crystal fully charged?”
Setting Intentions: Before using your pendulum, it’s crucial to set clear intentions. Take a moment to center yourself and state your purpose, whether it’s for cleansing, charging, or checking energy levels. This helps to align your energy with the pendulum and the crystals you’re working with.
Remember, while most people use their dominant hand, some find better results with their non-dominant hand. Experiment to see what works best for you.
Pendulum Care Tips:
- Store your pendulum in a soft cloth or pouch when not in use to protect it from scratches.
- If your pendulum feels “off,” give it a good cleanse and recharge.
- Some practitioners like to attune their pendulum to their energy by carrying it with them for a few days before first use.

Types of Crystals and Their Care Needs
In the practice of crystal healing, different stones serve different purposes – and they also have different cleansing and charging needs. Let’s break it down:
Protective stones like black tourmaline or obsidian are great for warding off negative energy, but this means they often need more frequent cleansing. I like to give these a quick cleanse after each use to keep them in top shape.
If you’re working with crystals to boost masculine energy, like red jasper or tiger’s eye, you might find they respond well to sunlight charging. On the flip side, stones that boost feminine energy, like moonstone, rose quartz, or amethyst, often prefer the gentler energy of moonlight for charging.
Some crystals, like selenite, are self-cleansing and rarely need your intervention. Others, like malachite, are water-sensitive and need dry cleansing methods only.
Remember, the key is finding the crystal that resonates with your specific needs, and then learning its unique care requirements. As you work with different crystals, you’ll start to intuitively sense when they need a cleanse or a charge.
Understanding Mohs Hardness Scale
Here’s a handy tip I learned that’s been super helpful in figuring out which crystals can handle water: it’s all about the Mohs scale of mineral hardness. This scale runs from 1 (super soft) to 10 (diamond-hard).
If a crystal ranks higher than 5 on the Mohs scale, it’s usually okay to use water for cleansing or even keep it in water. But there’s a catch – even if a crystal is hard enough, you need to watch out for any iron or copper content. Crystals with iron (like pyrite) or copper can rust or change color if they’re in water for too long.
For example, clear quartz ranks 7 on the Mohs scale and doesn’t contain iron or copper, so it’s great for water cleansing. On the flip side, malachite might be hard enough at 3.5 to 4, but it contains copper, so water’s a no-go.

Specific Care Instructions for Different Crystal Types
Now, let’s talk more about crystal safety. Not all crystals can be treated the same way, and it’s important to know which methods are safe for which stones.
Water-Sensitive Crystals: Some crystals can dissolve or be damaged by water. These include selenite, malachite, and pyrite. For these, stick to dry cleansing methods like smudging or sound.
Sun-Sensitive Crystals: Some crystals, like amethyst, rose quartz, and celestite, can fade in direct sunlight. Charge these in moonlight instead.
Self-Cleansing Crystals: Did you know some crystals never need cleansing? Citrine, kyanite, and selenite are self-cleansing and can even cleanse other crystals.
Water-Loving Crystals: While many crystals shouldn’t be exposed to water, some actually thrive in it. Crystals like clear quartz, rose quartz, and amethyst can benefit from being kept in water. Sometimes I put a clear quartz point in a glass or bowl of water on my desk.
If you decide to keep crystals in water, remember to change the water regularly to keep it fresh. Also, use glass or crystal containers rather than metal or plastic. And as always, double-check that your specific crystal is water-safe before submerging it.
The bottom line is, always do your research before dunking any crystal in water. When in doubt, stick to dry cleansing methods. It’s better to be safe than sorry, right?

Tools and Materials for Cleansing and Charging
When it comes to cleansing and charging your crystals, you don’t need a lot of fancy equipment. Here’s what I typically use:
- Natural Elements: Moonlight, sunlight, and earth are free and powerful tools.
- Water: Whether it’s a running stream or your kitchen tap, water is a great cleanser for many crystals.
- Sage or Palo Santo: These are my go-to for smudging. Remember my homemade sage bundles from out west?
- Selenite Tools: My selenite charging plate and bowl are workhorses in my crystal care routine.
- Sound Tools: My little singing bowl from Bali is perfect, but bells or even your own voice can work.
- Salt: I use natural sea salt or pink Himalayan salt for deep cleansing when needed.
- Visualization: Your own energy and intention are powerful tools – don’t underestimate them!
Remember, always research your specific crystals before using any of these tools. Some crystals don’t play well with water or salt, and others might fade in sunlight.
The Role of Intention
Let’s talk about something that took me a while to fully grasp – the power of intention in crystal work. For the longest time, I thought I needed to program my crystals for specific purposes. I think a lot of people think this. But here’s what I’ve learned: setting an intention is different from programming, and it’s often more effective.
When you program a crystal, you’re essentially telling it, “Hey, I want you to do this one specific thing.” However, crystals have their own unique energies and properties. By programming them too narrowly, we might be limiting their potential. Some people like to program crystals for specific purposes, but I’ve found that allowing them to work more freely often yields better results.
Instead, try setting a general intention. It’s more like saying, “I’m working on this area of my life, and I’d love your support.” This approach allows the crystal to work with you in ways you might not have even considered. By setting a general intention and letting the crystal’s natural properties guide its work, you’re opening up more possibilities for healing and growth.
I learned this perspective from Ashley Leavy of the Love & Light School of Crystal Healing, and it really changed my approach. Now, when I work with a crystal, I focus on aligning my energy with the crystal’s natural properties rather than trying to make it do something too specific. This method respects the crystal’s inherent wisdom and allows for a more organic, powerful interaction between you and your crystals.
My New Moon Ritual For Cleansing and Intention-Setting
While the full moon is great for charging, the new moon offers a perfect opportunity for deep cleansing and setting new intentions. During the new moon, sometimes I like to do a thorough cleanse of my crystals, especially those I use for manifestation or personal growth work.
Here’s a simple new moon ritual I often use:
- Cleanse your crystals using your preferred method.
- Hold each crystal and set a new intention for the coming lunar cycle.
- Place the crystals on a windowsill or outside (weather permitting) during the new moon night.
- In the morning, your crystals will be cleansed, charged with new moon energy, and aligned with your fresh intentions.
This practice aligns well with the new moon’s energy of new beginnings and fresh starts. It’s a great way to reset your crystals and your intentions every month.
Learning Experiences in Crystal Care
Over the years, I’ve had many learning experiences with my crystals. Remember, unless you accidentally damage a crystal with an incompatible cleansing or charging method, there are really no mistakes – only opportunities to learn what works best for you and your crystals. Here are some situations I’ve encountered that taught me valuable lessons:
- Overcharging: I once left a crystal in direct sunlight for too long. While it didn’t harm the crystal, I learned that sometimes less is more when it comes to charging.
- Experimenting with Cleansing Methods: I’ve tried various cleansing techniques on different crystals. Through this, I learned which methods resonate best with each stone.
- Developing a Care Routine: At first, I didn’t cleanse or charge my crystals regularly. Over time, I noticed how much more potent they felt with consistent care.
- Cleansing New Crystals: It took me a while to realize the importance of cleansing new crystals when I first bring them home. Now it’s an essential part of my routine.
- Crystal Combinations: I’ve experimented with different crystal combinations, learning how their energies interact.
Don’t be afraid to try new things – you’re simply gathering data and gaining experience. Trust your intuition and enjoy the process of getting to know your crystals better.
Creating Your Crystal Care Routine: Timing and Frequency
One question I get a lot is, “How often should I cleanse and charge my crystals?” The truth is, it depends on how much you use them. Let me share my routine – it might help you create one that works for you:
- Weekly Cleanse: Every Sunday, I cleanse all the crystals I’ve used during the week. It’s like a spa day for my stones! For crystals I use in healing sessions or for protection, I cleanse them right after each use.
- Monthly Charge: During the full moon, I lay out all my crystals for a moonlight bath. It’s a great way to reset and recharge. But if a crystal feels “depleted” to me, I’ll charge it right away.
- As-Needed Care: If I’ve used a crystal for a particularly intense purpose, like protection during a stressful event, I’ll give it some extra TLC immediately.
- New Crystal Ritual: Whenever I bring a new crystal buddy home, I always cleanse it first to clear any energies it picked up on its journey to me.
- Aligning with Moon Phases: I love cleansing during the waning moon (when it’s getting smaller) and charging during the waxing moon (when it’s getting bigger). It’s a powerful way to work with natural cycles.
Taking care of your crystals isn’t just about cleansing and charging. It’s also about setting new intentions for them regularly. This helps to align their energy field with your current needs and goals. I like to do this during my monthly charging ritual. I hold each crystal, thank it for its work, and then set a new intention for the coming month. It’s a simple way to deepen your connection with your crystals and ensure they’re working in harmony with your energy field.
These are just guidelines, though. The most important thing is to tune into your crystals. With time and practice, you’ll sense when they need a little TLC. Trust your intuition – it’s your best guide in crystal care!

FAQ: Your Questions About Cleansing vs Charging Crystals
Here’s something I found through personal experience – while some methods like moonlight can technically do both, I’ve found it’s more effective to separate these practices. Think of it like taking a shower and then putting on clean clothes. You want to clear the negative energy first before filling your crystal with fresh, positive vibes. Plus, being intentional about each step helps you develop a deeper connection with your crystals. That said, you can test and see what works for you. It’s possible to cleanse and charge at the same time if that’s all you have time for with strong intention to do so.
Trust your intuition. If a crystal feels “heavy” or less vibrant, it probably needs care. Some people say their crystals look duller when they need cleansing.
Yes! Citrine, kyanite, and selenite are self-cleansing and rarely need external care to name a few. There’s a new section above that details all the crystals that typically don’t need charging above “Crystals That Don’t Need Cleansing”.
I used to obsess over this when I first started working with crystals! But here’s the thing – rather than following rigid rules, I’ve learned to trust my intuition. Generally, cleanse when your crystal feels “heavy” or after intense energy work. For charging, I notice most crystals benefit from a monthly energy boost. But some crystals, like my Clear Quartz, seem to need it more often, especially when I use them daily for meditation or manifestation work.
It’s like trying to pour fresh water into a cup that’s already full of stagnant water. Your crystal can still look pretty on your shelf, but it won’t serve its highest purpose. I noticed this firsthand when I had a Rose Quartz I’d neglected to cleanse – it just felt dull and lifeless compared to my regularly maintained crystals. The difference in energy was surprisingly noticeable once I finally cleansed it. I also think of it as wearing dirty glasses… they work a little bit, but things are so much better when I take the time to clean them. 🙂
From my experience working with crystals for over a decade, timing really varies. Quick methods like running water or sage smudging only take 2-3 minutes per crystal. For moonlight or sunlight, I like to leave them overnight or for a few hours in gentle morning sun. But here’s what I’ve learned – it’s less about strict timing and more about trusting your intuition. Some of my more dense crystals, like Black Tourmaline, seem to need longer cleansing times than lighter stones like Clear Quartz.
When I’m having a rough day, I notice my crystals feel different. I learned this the hard way during a particularly stressful time – my Rose Quartz felt heavy and dull after I’d been crying while holding it. Our emotional energy absolutely impacts our crystals, which is why it’s good to check in with them after intense emotional experiences.
I remember wondering this same thing when I started! Your crystal might feel warmer, lighter, or have a subtle vibration. Sometimes it just feels clearer somehow – like when you clean your glasses and suddenly everything’s in HD. But don’t worry if you can’t feel anything right away. Your sensitivity will develop with time.
Clear Quartz was my first crystal and it’s still my go-to for learning energy work. It’s like the starter crystal – super forgiving and easy to feel. Amethyst and Rose Quartz are also great for beginners because their energy is gentle but noticeable. Start with these before moving on to more subtle stones.
Think of charging as filling up your crystal’s energy tank, while programming is giving it specific directions. I don’t do a lot of programming of my crystals anymore, but when I did I did so with intentions after charging them – like setting a Clear Quartz for confidence or an Amethyst for better sleep. The charging comes first, then the programming gives that energy purpose.
I tried this once and learned my lesson! Each crystal in your grid affects the whole pattern’s energy. It’s like trying to make a smoothie with one spoiled ingredient – it impacts everything. Take time to cleanse each stone first. Your grid will work so much better with clear, clean energy flowing through it.
Wrapping Up Cleansing vs Charging Crystals
As we conclude this guide to cleansing vs charging crystals, I hope you’ve discovered new insights and techniques to enhance your crystal practice. Remember, working with crystals is a personal journey, and what resonates with me might be different for you – and that’s perfectly okay!
The key is approaching your crystal care with intention and respect. These beautiful stones, part of the earth for millions of years, each carry their own unique energy. Whether you’re cleansing your black tourmaline with natural vibrations/sound cleansing or charging your rose quartz with the moon’s energy, you’re taking part in an ancient practice that connects you with the natural world.
No matter if you have a large collection or just a few special pieces, regular cleansing helps keep bad vibes at bay and your crystals in the best shape for use. It’s a beautiful way to slow down, tune in, and align yourself with the earth’s energies. The most important thing is to develop a connection with your crystals and enjoy the journey!
