Jess' Story

LET'S REWIND TO 10+ YEARS AGO

For years, I struggled with my mental health and weight. I was in what seemed like a never-ending cycle of self-loathing, self-sabotage, and feeling sorry for myself.

I developed binge-eating and put on 100 lbs. in less than a year. My highest weight was 248 lbs. I completely lost myself.

I was miserable.

Not only did I feel terrible mentally, but now I had a bunch of physical problems to go with it like:

  • IBS from my poor diet
  • Weight-related sleep apnea
  • Joint pain
  • Multiple poor balance-related injuries to my ankle and then my knee that took me close to a year to recover from.
  • High cholesterol
  • I felt depressed, alone, and I was at my wit’s end with whom I had become.

I wish I could tell you I had a breaking point moment, but honestly for me, it took many years before I finally said enough was enough.

I did a complete overhaul of my life, habits, mindset, relationships, career - everything. I KNEW there had to be a better way.

Fast Forward To Today...

I feel better than I did in my 20s (mentally and physically), I work with my body instead of against it, I'm confident, motivated, happy, and I built a business that pays me every week regardless if I'm home working on it or out on one of my outdoor adventures.

It all started with working on myself inside and out and all of these things and more are possible for you too.

I lost the weight without fad diets, gimmicks, grueling workouts, or nasty diet food.

I use mindset, habits, manifestation techniques, and natural wellness to improve how I feel mentally and physically.
