Key Steps to Successful Manifesting
Start with the fundamentals and keep it simple.
Step 1 - Gain Personal Awareness
Being aware of your thoughts, feelings, the people you’re spending time with and situations you encounter is the first step to noticing negativity quickly so you can intentionally change it and keep your vibe up.
Step 2 - Get Intentional
Intentions are hugely important when it comes to manifesting. Set strong intentions for how your day will play out in advance, the goals you set and how you live your life.
Step 3 - Focus on How You Want to Feel
Focus on and visualize what you want as if you already have it. Really FEEL into what it would be like to have already manifested your intention. You’ll be surprised at how things change pretty quickly for you if you practice 3-5 minutes per day.
Step 4 - Enjoy Life & Be Grateful in the NOW
To manifest your dreams you need to live in the now and be content. You can always find something to be grateful for. Focus on those things rather than lack. Sit back, enjoy the ride and KNOW your manifestations are on their way to you.
Having awareness of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs changes everything. A whole world opens up to you when you’re aware -- knowing is the first step towards change and manifesting everything you want.
